OUR MISSION
“Our mission is to make property condition a matter of record, not opinion - every defect proven by evidence a buyer can see, priced by the market the home actually lives in, and honest enough to be checked by anyone, years later.”
Jeff Bond, Founder & CEO
A home is the largest purchase most people ever make, and yet its condition is still delivered as one professional's prose, read once and argued about forever. We believe that data this important should work like data. That is why every finding we produce is a coded defect from a governed registry rather than a loose paragraph - so identical problems get identical findings, whether it is your first home or the ten-thousandth property in a portfolio.
Our mission holds us to three refusals. We refuse to guess: what the engine cannot prove from the pixels comes back as a question to a person, with the reason attached, and uncertainty is never filed as fact. We refuse to invent prices: every estimate is a range real contractors could quote, resolved through the county the property legally belongs to - and findings worth watching rather than billing are priced at zero. And we refuse to hide our work: every code, every price and every registry change carries its source, so trust never has to be taken on faith. Real data. Zero bias. That was Inspect.com's pledge when it was a directory of independent inspectors, and it is the standard the engine is held to today.
