QUESTIONS
What counts as an inspection?
One property, one report, however many photographs you drop in. Duplicate photographs are detected by content fingerprint and never counted or analysed twice - that is a database constraint, not a policy.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; a downgrade applies at the end of the billing month. Your reports, photographs and taxonomy stay exactly where they are.
How does this compare to report-writing software?
Tools like Spectora or Palm-Tech make writing a report faster. Inspect.com produces the findings themselves - coded, evidence-backed, locally priced. Many teams run both.
Can we bring our own defect library?
Yes - on Standard and above you customize the taxonomy to your calls, and on Enterprise we encode your historical library for you, with every mapping decision recorded for your review.
